Moving to Merida from the United States I needed to find a new cardiologist. I was referred to Dr Alvaro Torre from a different doctor and it turned out to be an amazing first visit. I found Dr. Alvaro Torre to be very gentle in his interactions and in depth when asking about my condition and my previous experiences. He took my blood pressure, EKG and also an ultrasound on my heart which is something very unheard of on a first visit in the U.S.. I was very impressed with his level of knowledge and I found him to be gentle and reassuring and full of knowledge. I left with all the information I needed to move forward with my heart health.
